What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval from the C.A. webmaster your comment will be visible to the public in the context of your comment. By commenting on a video or post you automatically approve that the information given by you may be published.

Contact forms and how long we retain your data

If you send us a request through our contact form the information you write to us will be stored on our mail server. After we reviewed and handled your request the correspondence will be stored on our backup-server where it will remain indefinitely. It may be removed if requested.

Cookies

If you visit our site the system will place a cookie that registers your preferences. The information that is registered is the kind of browser you use, if you have an ad blocker enabled, your ip address and personal preferences. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and in cookies. These are only for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. You can remove them yourself anytime. How to do that is different per browser. See this article for best practice: http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/clear-cookies-installed.html

Embedded content from other websites

Advertising and articles on this site “may” include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, adds, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you. We are not responsible for third-party website practices, use of cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitoring of your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Although we respect the websites we work with and believe that they are honestly great we are, again, not responsible for their content and actions if you leave our site.

Analytics

We do not analyze personal data unless there is a problem in the form of an attack or illegal content upload. For the rest we only analyze general traffic in the form of how many people visit our site. For this we use third-party software like Google Analytics and WP-Statistics.

Who we share your data with

Absolutely nobody, never. Unless… you are being a total dick and compromise our great sites by hacking it or uploading a virus or something similar. So you know exactly when we share and not.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

All data send to us is protected through our Comodo ssl secure lines and normally can’t be seen by others unless these others are actively hacking and are really really really good at it, these guys should be working with us not against us. Next to that there should be no reason why the information you send to us is so sensitive that it may not be seen by others. After all we do not offer personalized services. The other security installed on all our sites including this one is a professional firewall and realtime virus scanner. We also run a realtime brute force security. So we think your data will be pretty save with us.

Our websites are actively monitored by professional firewalls and anti virus software as well by us and our hosting service.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In case of data breach we will shut down our services as fast as possible until we know 100% sure what happened. If the issue is resolved we will restart from our secure backup-server and launch, if possible, from a secure point before the breach. If there is theft of personal data like e-mail addresses and or additional information from people we’ve prior had contact with we will, if possible, notify these people and announce the issue publicly on our domain.

What third parties we receive data from

We actively work with Google,Bing and Boodigo. These third-party’s actively monitor our sites for traffic analyzing purposes. They don’t collect personal data. Next to this we are affiliates with https://www.crakrevenue.com / https://chaturbate.com/ / https://www.hubtraffic.com who provide our side with advertisement.

Disclosures

Although about 75% of all Internet traffic goes to porn, people are still acting like it’s taboo. Our motto: cut the bullshit and be honest. Just be careful with the little ones, they don’t need to see.
